How do subscriptions work?
If you've subscribed to one of our book services or boxes, every month on the 1st you will be charged for the box for that month.
How do I change/update/cancel my subscription?
Head to this page for more info. You can also do all of this from the customer portal.
If I sign up now, will I get this month's box?
We do our best to only advertise the current boxes. We switch over to the new boxes mid-month, usually around the 15th.
How much is shipping?
For all of our subscriptions, shipping is free. For all other items in store, they are sent via Australia Post and follow their shipping costs.
Do you ship to my country?
If Australia Post can ship there, we do! We have added all those countries to our system.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for Australian shipping, and 4 weeks for International shipping. Please keep in mind any current events that may result in shipping delays. All orders are shipped with tracking.
Can I get a refund on my order?
We only offer refunds on damaged goods, please notify us within 2 weeks.
I was charged for a renewal and I forgot to skip, can I get a refund?
